Gloria Deitcher was born in Montreal, Canada where she studied printmaking and painting. She received a Canada Council of the Arts Grant and exhibited her prints extensively across Canada and in Europe. Ms. Deitcher then moved to New York City and received a Masters of Fine Arts degree from Rutgers University. As a video artist she has exhibited in and curated international video festivals.
